Cancellation policy

Some KaiShine products can be bought as a recurring refill subscription. This page sets out exactly what you are agreeing to and how to stop it.

What you are charged, and how often

• KaiShine Replacement Filters — 3 Pack: $19.99 USD every 6 months, shipping free.
• The One-Year Plan ($119.99) includes this refill subscription. Your first 3-pack is part of the $119.99 and ships with the fountain, so you start with 6 filters. The first $19.99 charge comes 6 months after your order, then every 6 months. If you cancel, the fountain and every filter you have already received are yours to keep.

The first payment is taken when you place the order. After that the same amount is charged automatically to the same payment method at the interval shown above, and a new box ships each time, until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Reminders before each renewal

We email you before every renewal, to the address on your order, so you always have time to skip, delay or cancel before you are charged again.

How to skip, pause or cancel

• Sign in to your account (the email link in your order confirmation works too) and open Subscriptions. Skip, pause or cancel in a couple of taps.
• Or email contactsupport@kaishinepet.com with your order number. We reply within one business day and cancel on request. We will not ask you to justify it, and there is no phone call to sit through.

A cancellation applies to every order that has not yet been processed. If an order has already been charged and shipped, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers it.

Price changes

Subscription prices can change, but never for an order that has already been charged. We email you at least 14 days before any change takes effect, so you can cancel first.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we try again up to 3 times, 7 days apart, and email you each time so you can update your card. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and nothing further is charged. You can start a new one from our site anytime.
